Mike has Sixteen (16) years Audio-Visual industry experience, with three (6) of those years having been with AVI-SPL. Acquiring a Bachelor of Arts in History from York University and a College Diploma in Web Design, he also has expertise in Networking, Cisco, Microsoft (UC & Windows Server), Poly, Vidyo, Crestron, Shure, Dante, Biamp, vBrick, iOS & OS Programming, HTML, CSS and then some! 
Mike has built his career on helping clients build connections between technologies to form a cohesive and collaborative ecosystem of tools that help deliver value to clients and their stakeholders . 

As Director of Unified Communications he leads a team of pre and post sales engineers driven to support AVI-SPL’s clients. Mike and his team work with stakeholders to build process and technology roadmaps for a successful customer experience. 

A family man, he is father to three (3) boys, Mike also loves biking during the warm months of the year, both on the road or out hitting the trails!! He resides with his wife and kids in Ontario, Canada.
