Linda Jerrett is a member of the leadership team in Client Services & Support (CS&S) in Boston University's central Information Services & Technology group. Her team, Learning & Event Technology Services (LETS), always begins from that client focus and provides a broad range of AV/IT support and services to the BU community. Linda and her team provide classroom support, live, hybrid and virtual event & conference support as well as AV design engineering, install and repair services. Linda was a key member of BU's Online & Remote working group throughout the University's pandemic response and oversaw the project to bring web conferencing capabilities to over 520 rooms in a span of months.
