Linda Jerrett is the Executive Director of Learning & Event Technology Services (LETS) + Strategic Initiatives for the Client Services & Support (CS&S) group in central Information Services & Technology (IS&T) at Boston University (BU). CS&S is IS&T’s primary client-facing department and consists of four teams with approximately 100 employees all dedicated to providing Best-in-Class support for the BU Community, focusing on a culture of service. LETS is the university’s primary resource for all AV/IT services from design, install and repair to live meeting and events and full support of classroom technology for BU’s faculty and students. Linda has deep experience in organizational optimization and is currently expanding her team with the backing of university leadership.
